The Staff

Meet the Coaches.

We grew up playing lacrosse together — countless hours on the same fields, competing side by side, pushing each other to get better. We were putting in the work. But looking back, we weren't always improving in the ways that actually mattered.

It took time to understand why.

What was missing was structure. Intentional repetition. Coaching that paid attention to the small details most programs don't have time for. The things that separate a player who works hard from a player who actually develops.

That gap is why Rep Club exists.

Anton Updale

Anton Updale

· CO-FOUNDER

Anton serves as Director of Coaching for the Monroe Township recreational lacrosse program and as Offensive Coordinator for a varsity high school program. He built Rep Club's curriculum around the kind of structured, rep-heavy development he's seen work at every level he's coached.

Chris Pucciarelli

Chris Pucciarelli

Christopher has four years of club lacrosse coaching experience and previously founded and ran his own lacrosse training company before launching Rep Club. He brings a hands-on background in individual skill development and a track record of working with players at all stages of their game.
